"How to be Human" is a collaborative project created by Jessica Dorzek and Sarah Russ. The two partners realized they shared a vision and sense of purpose - helping people to be happier healthier humans. By focusing on behavior and self-talk, How to be Human offers tailored programs aimed at decreasing stress, boosting creativity, strengthening relationships, and nurturing both personal and career development.
Sarah, a skilled Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, brings the added benefit of ten years experience working with clients in a corporate and private gym setting. Her primary coaching focus is on incremental behavior change and incorporating identity change for sustainable results.
Joining forces, Jess and Sarah have created an innovative methodology that merges mindfulness practices, bodywork techniques, and the power of storytelling to facilitate long-lasting changes in behavior. They are currently in the process of developing a user-friendly app offering daily workouts to train the mind and the body.
